Moon Corporation ("Moon", "we") builds websites and front desk and booking systems for clinics and local businesses. This policy explains what we collect through wearemooncorp.com and what we do with it. Moon is a Brazilian company, and this policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, the LGPD). Any questions, write to otavio@wearemooncorp.com.
When you book a call or get in touch, we collect what you tell us yourself: name, email, phone number and whatever you say about your business when you book. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data, purely to keep the site running.
The legal basis is your consent, and the steps taken before entering into a contract when you are the one asking us to get in touch.
We use Calendly so you can book a call. What you type there is handled by Calendly, under its own privacy policy. We also use trusted suppliers for website hosting and for sending email. We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your data only for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we do not promise absolute security.
Under the LGPD you may, at any time and at no cost: confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, ask for it to be anonymised or deleted, ask for it to be ported, find out who we share it with, and withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these, write to otavio@wearemooncorp.com and we will reply within the period the law allows.
We may update this policy from time to time, and when we do we change the date shown above.
