These terms govern the use of wearemooncorp.com and the services offered by Moon Corporation ("Moon", "we"). By using our site or asking for a preview, you agree to them.
Moon builds websites and front desk and booking systems for clinics and local businesses, on a monthly subscription. We may build a free preview of the proposed website. The preview creates no obligation on either side until a paid plan is agreed.
Your website and your front desk system are a managed service, hosted by us, and stay live for as long as the subscription is active. You can cancel whenever you like: the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, with nothing charged after that. When the subscription ends, the hosted site and the booking and artificial intelligence features are switched off. A domain registered in your name stays yours, and we will provide a copy of your content if you ask.
We work to build websites that do their job, but we do not promise specific results, such as a particular number of enquiries, bookings or revenue. The outcome depends on a great deal outside our control, including your market, your offer and how you promote it.
All content on this site, including text, design and visual identity, belongs to Moon Corporation unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied without permission. Anything delivered under a paid plan follows what was agreed in that plan.
You agree to use the site lawfully, without attempting to disrupt how it works, without accessing it in an unauthorised way, and without submitting false information or another person's details without their permission.
The site and any free preview are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Moon Corporation is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or of a preview. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
